Refund policy

At Velmora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at ulabideenz503@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Personal care products that have been opened or used, items damaged due to misuse, and items returned after the 14-day window.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
